Hello and welcome! My name is Michelle Camaioni, and I am a Real Estate Agent with more than 25 years of experience helping families and individuals buy and sell homes in Maryland.
Over the years, I’ve guided more than 1,000 successful home sales—each one with its own story, challenges, and joyful ending.
Real estate has always been more than a career for me—it’s a calling. I believe in the power of home and the importance of creating spaces where people and their pets make memories and feel safe, comfortable, and connected. Whether it’s marketing a waterfront retreat, navigating a complex divorce sale, or helping a first-time buyer find the right fit, I bring deep local knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a calm, compassionate approach to every transaction.
I’ve been honored to serve as an expert witness in court for property valuation cases, and I’ve shared my insights as a guest on the Katie Couric Show, discussing housing trends and interest rates. My top sales year included 70 homes closed, but what matters most to me is the trust my clients place in me year after year.
I’m also the author of "Selling Secrets You Can’t Afford to Miss" and the creator of community and client events like Paws and People, which celebrate the special bond between home, community, and the pets who make them complete.
When I’m not helping clients or mentoring new agents, you’ll likely find me walking along the Chesapeake Bay with my Portuguese Water Dog, Izzi—my constant sidekick and amazing marketing partner.
